The American Presidency Project provides all inaugural addresses from Washington to Biden. It is recommended to read the most famous works of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, Franklin Roosevelt, and Theodore Roosevelt.
If a poetic speech is preferred, Amanda Gorman's "The Hill We Climb" is the best resource.
