Contest Information and Topic
The 2021 Inaugural Address Contest opens for submissions on September 1, 2021 and the deadline is November 3, 2021.
Eligibility and Requirements
All high school students in the United States and its territories are eligible to participate in this contest.
Awards and Recognition
The first place winner will be awarded $500. Second place will win $300. Third place will win $50.
Judging and Criteria
All essays are evaluated based on content, oratorical execution and presentation, structure, and originality.
Preparation and Materials
Resources to help you prepare a strong Inaugural Address. Past speeches from Presidents. Written and video notes on rhetoric, grammar, and speechwriting.
