The top three inaugural addresses will be picked for awards.

1. First Place: $500

2. Second Place: $300

3. Third Place: $50

All winners and participants will be notified by December 1, 2021 via email. 
The winning essays will be posted on judiciousjournal.com. 

The awards will be generously provided by the Chang Family.
